About Me

I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer who takes pride in being up to date with the latest proven techniques and qualifications. I'm a specialist in weight management and nutrition, resistance training and kettlebell instruction.

I provide the attention, support, encouragement and guidance needed to reach your goals using effective evidence based methods to make each workout varied and, more importantly, fun!!

I provide training in the Titchfield, Locks Heath, Warsash, Fareham, Southampton and Portsmouth areas.

The First Session

In our first session you will undertake a health and fitness assessment which will enable us to create a baseline from which to personalise the training to your levels. This assessment will include the following:

- Postural analysis
- Blood pressure
- Body fat %
- visceral fat
- body circumference measurements
- VO2 max and upper/lower body strength tests

The Workouts

Your workouts will use every muscle/joint in your body, moving through every plane of motion ensuring that not only will you get functionally fit and balanced but you will burn more fat in a shorter amount of time..

Sessions can be held in a local gym, in your home or outdoors using a varied number of successful training tools

How much does it cost?


I understand that having a personal trainer is a luxury (I’ve been on the receiving end of personal training too!) so I endeavour to be as accommodating as possible with my price structure.

A standard 1 hour session will cost £35, but as clients have differing needs I have flexible packages to suit all.

Group training?


Do you have a partner or friend who has a similar fitness level and goals as you? If so then why not train together and lower the cost for you both.

I also provide kettlebell instruction on a 1:1 basis, as a small group (5-10 people) or in a class format weekly (check out the kettlebell fitness page for class details).
