Force Fitness Circuit Training is a 45 minute total body workout which improves flexibility by incorporating co-ordination, balance and stretching.

During this socially active and motivational exercise class, participants move from station to station performing various strength, core and cardio exercises.


Exercises are performed for a set amount of time (generally 30-60 seconds) with a short 15 second rest between them. Generally two circuits are completed.

There are no complicated movements to learn and you can work at your own pace. The exercises are set at beginner, intermediate and advanced to suit any fitness level, which makes the classes suitable for all ages and abilities.

There is a relaxed and friendly (but hi-octane) atmosphere, which is conducive to training. The classes are varied, utilising your own bodyweight and equipment such as Kettlebells, TRX, Dumbbells, Medicine Ball, Stability Ball, and Bulgarian Bag.

The session concludes with either a short 3-6 minute metabolic workout to maximise calorie burn, or a fun team game.
